JAVI

born on December 3rd, 1983 in Dallas, Texas, is a young singer/songwriter, worship leader and Gospel Recording Artist who is passionate about Jesus. At an early age, Javi received a prophetic word that would forever change the course of his life. He soon discovered the gift of music and began serving in the music department at his local church. Javi’s parents emigrated to the United States from Piedras Negras, Coahuila (a city on the US-Mexican border across from Eagle Pass, TX), which meant that growing up in church was all done in Español. Throughout the course of his life and journey, Javi has traveled throughout the United States, the Caribbean, and Central America to participate in various events leading worship. Though most of his music career and ministry has been done in Spanish, Javi is currently working on his first English language EP filled with high energy, EDM inspired music with heartfelt lyrics. His first single “Bursting Out” was released in early February. He can also be found faithfully serving the worship department at his local church (Covenant Church, Carrollton, TX.). Javi has had the privilege of sharing the platform and/or singing background vocals for other notable worship artists such as Ingrid Rosario, Tercer Cielo, BJ Putnam, David & Nicole Binion, Covenant Worship, Bebe Winans and a few others.
